NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL BUDGET HEARING The City Council of the City of Baker, Montana has completed the preliminary operating budget and tax mill levy for Fiscal year 2024. Said budget is open for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk at 10 Fallon Ave. SW in Baker, Montana during regular business hours. The Baker City Council will hold a public hearing on said budget proposal at which time any person may appear to comment or submit written testimony concerning the budget. Included is a request to raise 7.00 mills for the purpose of increased expenditures for the permissive medical levy for the employer share of group health insurance premium passage subject to Montana Code

Annotated 2-9-212.The hearing will be held Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2023 at 7 p.m. in the Fallon County Courtroom at 10 Fallon Ave. SW Baker, Montana. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON COUNTY BUDGET Notice is hereby given that the Board of Fallon County Commission has completed review of the Preliminary Annual Budget requests for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2024. Proposed County Budgets requests are available for inspection in the office of the Fallon County Clerk and Recorder. Public Hearings may be continued from day to day prior to the final adoption of the budget. Any taxpayer or resident may appear and be heard for or against any part of said Proposed Budget.
